Welcome to Mendpara Parivar

Patels are the landlord or the people who are Communion are Patidars. They are independent and self-respecting by nature. They uses their wealth for charity. They consider no difference between them and other people. Such huge is there level. They have prowess and stability. They are fearless and adventurous. Their body is like a mountain. They have the lion’s strength and uses that force to always protect the weak.

Many people believe that Patidar and Patel are same word. The word patidar is a caste indicator, whereas Patel was not a caste indicator but an indicator of designation. The word ‘Patel’ is derived from the original Sanskrit word Pattlik. Years ago, the copies of the sale or mortgage documents of the village’s fields or homesteads were kept with the main person in the village. That person was called a “Pattlik”. Based on their Generosity, Honesty, Righteousness and truth the kings entrusted administration to the Kanbis. Veer Vikram invited the Kurmi people from Punjab in order to make the region of Avanti ploughable. Because the king had faith in the hard work and life-style of the Kurmis. The king gave the title of “Patel” to these Kurmis. Over time, the population grew and became known as Patels. Patels came from Malwa to Gujarat.

The Mendpara family is also a community of Kadva Patel. In Vikram Samvat 1335, a peaceful, brave, tough and adventurous Sakariya Patels left their forefathers’s Karmabhoomi Umanagar and settled at Memdpar village with family. And from there on those people were called Memdpara, splited from Sakariya Patels. They are also known as Mendpara after eventual disillusionment.

In the village Dudhai, the Mendpara Family have regained the peak of happiness, peace and prosperity and progress gradually. From village Dudhai, the Mendpara family lived in village Jilana and settled in many other villages. Apart from this, they live in many villages like Chachapar, Pithad, Kantipur, Modpar, Kuntasi, Rajpar, Kalyanpar, Bangavadi, Khambhala, Sarapdad, Nana Khijadiya, Nesda, Timbadi, Jambuda, Lakhdhirgadh, Chudva, Zampodad, Keshod, Kanza, Kothdi, Luvarsar, Manavadar, Moti Dhansari, Mesvan, Sherdi, Sanosara, Silodar, Sardargadh, Shapur (Sorath), Velva, Zinzari.
